About me

Hi, I am Marc

I am Marc Lindorfer, a Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Software Architect from Linz, Austria.

I have been building software for 9+ years and most recently co-founded and technically built a complete SaaS product platform as CTO. Before that, I worked in engineering for 9+ years, including technical leadership roles and the build-out of a BigQuery analytics platform.

I care about cleanly cut architecture that lasts, and about systems that are not only built, but also run reliably.

AI in engineering

AI as leverage, applied deliberately, not vibe coding

I use AI deliberately and with control, so I can deliver scope and speed that would otherwise require a full team, without giving up responsibility for architecture and quality.

My own AI tooling layer

I build the tools I use to build faster: custom AI skills, codified project rules and an MCP server that gives agents targeted project knowledge instead of guesswork.

Conventions are codified

Architecture, naming and testing standards exist as rules. AI follows my style instead of producing arbitrary code that later becomes technical debt.

I decide, AI accelerates

Architecture, domain boundaries and trade-offs stay with me. AI takes over the repetitive work, not the responsibility.

Quality stays measurable

Every output goes through review, typecheck, linting and tests. Only code that holds up is kept, never blind copy-paste.
